What I teach is the old-fashioned science of weight-loss....once you learn it & put it into practice in your life, you can't unlearn it. You probably ate like this as a child - freely & well. You've simply forgotten, through years of conditioning to whatever fad hit the market - from fat-free to keto & everything in between. I've lived through the same era of diet trends - I know them all. They all work, for a while; yet here we are, at middle-age struggling to get back on track.
