Service Description
If you have tried dieting & are ready to eat well while still losing weight then this is the course for you. Over 10 weeks, I will teach you the simple science of weight loss, while motivating & supporting you to change your behaviours for the better. Week after week I will build your knowledge & understanding of how foods impact your weight & wellbeing. With three short interactions per week I will keep you motivated & supported, while addressing all expected challenges head-on. Eating out, travelling, family meals will all be allowed & enjoyed. Enjoy guilt-free eating at last. What I teach, you can't unlearn!
